I got it rented out pretty quickly, and as soon as I got my first rent check, I was hooked. I wanted to figure out how to generate more passive income

So, I started interviewing landlords to figure out how they got to where they are. I talked to new and experienced landlords, landlords that had been successful and ones that failed. I talked to investors that worked in lots of different parts of the country. I've interviewed over 170 landlords.

I eventually figured out what works and what doesn't work. I figured out that some landlords were not making any money, some were making a lot of money, but they were putting in a ton of effort. While, others seemed to earn money without much effort or hassle.

I figued out the exact type of property that top landlords were buying to get the maximum profit, with the least amount of hassle.

I wanted to generate extra money, but I wasn't willing to put in a lot of work. I knew that I wouldn't like the feeling of fighting with tenants to get rent, or having to evict tenants all the time.

So, I experimented and started to build a portfolio of properties that generated extra money and didn't require much work or attention from me.
